The employees at the hotel were very amiable. The beds were big and each big room had central heating, television, and a writing desk.

Our double room had an air conditioner and 2 windows, so it was nice and breezy. 🌬️ Everything we needed was in the room, even a bathroom with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day.

We've stayed here before and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We only spent one night, and the hotel was pretty nice. It's conveniently located near a charming old residential area, perfect for a leisurely stroll 🌆.

Spacious Room: My twin room at this hotel felt like a private oasis with its own entrance. The comfortable beds and cleverly designed workspace made me feel like an executive on vacation.

Minor Construction: The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, but luckily I couldn't hear a thing from my cozy room.

We had a great stay at Reikartz in Kokand. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value and service. the reception staff were friendly, English-speaking, and very helpful. the recently refurbished rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk from the palace. The wifi connection was reliable, and we found the hotel to be conveniently situated near nice places to eat and visit, as well as a lovely park. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 😊.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the staff provided incorrect information regarding transportation options, leading to a frustrating experience. Additionally, there were no English-speaking staff members and security could be improved as someone attempted to enter the room at night.
